The development includes 93 private residential units, a business and leisure suite, gate house and car park. Whitecode Consulting selected the HYDRAPRO FT3 filter to filter the rainwater within the designed rainwater harvesting system.

This filter is located in the basement of the building and comes complete with flanged PN16 connections and an automatic wash system to reduce maintenance. The filter was selected due to its suitability for internal installation and it’s low maintenance design. The rainwater harvesting system will aid the building in achieving its BREEAM certification.
