New build rainwater harvesting

The 220,000 sq ft new build and conversion project set in a conservation area and includes the refurbishment of a Grade II listed building. The development includes 93 private residential units, a business and leisure suite, gate house and carpark. Whitecode Consulting selected the HYDRAPRO FT3 filter to filter the rainwater within the designed rainwater harvesting system. This filter is located in the basement of the building and comes complete with flanged PN16 connections and an automatic wash system to reduce maintenance. The filter was selected due to its suitability for internal installation and it’s low maintenance design. The rainwater harvesting system will aid the building in achieving its BREEAM certification.
